Workshop “Chummāsamketaprakāśa” – Overview

Workshop “Chummāsaṃketaprakāśa” – The Oral Teachings of the Yoginīs

Hidden for centuries, the secret teachings of the Kālī Krama never cease to astonish. In previous seminars we explored the earliest known sources, in this one we continue with the teachings of Niṣkriyānanda, the earliest known Krama author, in his Light on the Secret Teachings of the Yoginīs. These are transmitted from master to disciple by a direct infusion of the unbounded power of the transcendental Void of the supreme Light of Kālī consciousness.
Thus, setting the stage for the unrelenting mystical experience of the highest states, Niṣkriyānanda tells us that:
“Indeed, by the power of (Siddhanātha’s extraordinary) sudden grace, I awoke a little, inebriated with amazement – (experiencing) the joy of an awareness like never before. I was standing (there), overwhelmed with wonder (vismaya), overjoyed by continuous bliss.  Freed from the ego, I was (also) freed from the rambling of scriptures.”
Such is Niṣkriyānanda’s initiation into the oral tradition by his master Siddhanātha.
Immersed in this perpetually expanding consciousness, he transmits the teachings by commenting on the oral transmissions (kathā) and secret teachings (cchummā) he thereby receives and we will examine in this workshop.
